Late afternoon today I was out running a quick errand and noticed how dusk was setting in and the magical period of that beautiful soft light and blue sky were making their appearance. I quickly made my way toward a certain hotel in town that I had wanted to photograph for a while. There are still Christmas lights hung and a sleigh out front adding to the beauty of the hotel. The clouds in the sky just added to the photograph. I would’ve loved to wander the grounds a bit and taken several photographs, but admittedly, it was SO cold I could hardly feel my fingers! Here’s one of the photographs I DID capture. 🙂

Beautiful photo of the Wentworth. Shows what a Grand Lady she is when she is all dressed up. Really good job, Jean Marie.
Thanks Gloria, she looked beautiful!
Love this shot. Love night photography, but agree, the cold is such a pain. This is really beautiful though! I hope you have a plan for next year as my nightly routine of checking your blog would be missed. 🙂
Lol… I wasn’t planning on it, so I just wasn’t prepared! Otherwise I could’ve taken my time. Can’t wait to take you to see this hotel in person! 😉
Complete photo. It is very beautiful to watch and I love colors, especially the deep blue sky.
Happy blogging!
Thank you, and thanks for visiting my blog!
You were there at the right time! Beautiful Photo of the hotel!
As they say, timing is EVERYTHING! Thanks Clark! 🙂
Lovely! I’m glad you posted this for us. Are you doing to continue this in 2012?
Thank you Nancy! Yes, I most certainly plan to continue, but not a photo a day, rather other weekly or bi-weekly projects. 🙂
