Holy cow, I feel like a rock star right now! Thanks to a tiny little screw driver, my Starbucks card, a small flathead screwdriver and YouTube, I was able to install new RAM in my little netbook. I say I feel like a rock star because that is no small feat! I won’t get into the details, but it involves several tiny screws and a lot of delicate parts. The Starbucks card came into play when I needed something to act as a wedge. That’s super scary for a person like me who has no idea what she’s doing! Finally, I figured it out… here’s a shot with my 105mm macro of the 1GB RAM that I removed (I upgraded to the max 2GB):
